TOUCHTRIAL (“TOUCHTRIAL”, “we”, “us” or “our”) operateswww.touchtrial.in, an online fragrance store. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you browse our store, sign in, save a cart or wishlist, subscribe to updates, contact customer care or place an order. It explains how we use, store and share that information and how to contact us.
1. Information we collect
- Google sign-in and account information: when you select “Continue with Google”, Google provides basic identity details needed to authenticate you, such as your Google account identifier, name, email address and profile image if available. Supabase Auth processes the sign-in and maintains the authentication session.
- Orders and delivery: name, email address, mobile number, delivery address, city, state, PIN code, items ordered, order total, discounts, order status and payment status.
- Saved shopping details: cart items and wishlist selections associated with a signed-in account.
- Subscriptions and product requests: email address and related details when you subscribe to the newsletter or request notification about a product.
- Customer-care correspondence: information that you include when contacting us, such as your contact details, order reference and message.
- Technical information: information needed by our hosting, browser, security and troubleshooting systems to operate and protect the website.
2. How we use Google user data
We use Google user data to authenticate you, identify your account, maintain your signed-in session, and associate your account with saved cart items, wishlist selections and orders. We request basic identity information needed for these functions. Our Google sign-in does not request access to your Gmail messages, contacts or Google Drive files.
We do not sell Google user data, use it to serve ads or personalised advertising, or share it with third parties for their independent marketing. Google processes information for OAuth sign-in, and Supabase Auth and our database services process the information needed to operate your account. We may disclose information when legally required or when necessary to protect users, the service or our legal rights. Our handling of Google user data follows Google's applicable user-data and Limited Use requirements.
3. How we use other information
- To create and secure your account and provide sign-in and sign-out.
- To save your cart and wishlist and provide account-related features.
- To process purchases, arrange delivery, verify payments, provide order updates and handle returns or damage requests under our published policies.
- To manage newsletter subscriptions and product availability requests.
- To respond to customer care, protect the store against fraud or misuse, maintain reliability and comply with legal, tax and accounting obligations.
4. Payments and address suggestions
Online payments are handled through Razorpay. TOUCHTRIAL receives transaction references and payment/order status information needed to confirm a transaction and manage an order. Razorpay may separately process payment information under its own privacy terms. Do not send card PINs, CVVs, UPI PINs or passwords to TOUCHTRIAL by email or message.
If you use address autocomplete at checkout, the address text you type and the place you select may be sent to Google Maps/Places through our integration service to return address suggestions and address details. You can type your address manually instead.
5. When information is shared
We share only information reasonably necessary with providers that help us run the store, including Google for sign-in and address suggestions, Supabase for authentication and database services, Razorpay for payment processing, and delivery partners when needed to fulfil an order. Other providers process information under their applicable terms. We may also disclose information when required by law or necessary to protect rights and safety. We do not sell personal information.
6. Storage, retention and security
Account and store records are stored using our authentication, hosting and database services. Authentication session information is stored in your browser so you can remain signed in. We use reasonable technical and organisational safeguards, although no website or storage method can be guaranteed completely secure.
We retain account details and saved shopping information while needed to provide account features. Order and transaction records may be retained for fulfilment, customer support, accounting, tax, fraud prevention or legal requirements. Newsletter information is retained until you unsubscribe or ask us to remove it, subject to records we must keep. We delete or anonymise information when it is no longer reasonably required, subject to legal obligations and legitimate security or dispute needs.
7. Your choices and data requests
You can sign out, stop using Google sign-in, unsubscribe from promotional emails where an unsubscribe option is provided, and ask us to access, correct or delete personal information associated with your account. To request access, correction or deletion, emailcare@touchtrial.infrom your registered email address and describe your request. We may ask for reasonable information to confirm the request is yours. We may retain records required by law or needed for security, accounting or dispute resolution.
You can also review or revoke TOUCHTRIAL's connection in your Google Account's third-party connections settings. Revoking the connection may prevent Google sign-in until you authorise it again. Revoking access does not by itself delete order records already required for business or legal purposes; contact us for a data deletion request.
8. Children and policy changes
TOUCHTRIAL is an online shopping service for adults and is not directed to children under 18. We do not knowingly seek to collect personal information from children under 18. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, contact us so we can review the request.
We may update this policy when our service or legal requirements change. The “Last updated” date above shows the latest revision. Please review this page periodically.
